Make That Change: Michael Jackson (Hardcover)

Published 2017 by Govinda-Verlag, Switzerland, ISBN 978-3-905831-46-7, Make That Change is Sophia Pade and Armin Risi on Michael Jackson as peace ambassador and spiritual figure, subtitled Botschaft und Schicksal eines spirituellen Revolutionärs, the message and fate of a spiritual revolutionary.

The book takes its title from the line in "Man in the Mirror" and builds its argument around it: that Jackson used his global reach to push for concrete change through love, healing, charity and the protection of children, and that this ambition is what drew the accusations and the campaign against his name. The authors read his life as a mirror of the era, tracing the machinery of celebrity, money and power around him through to the circumstances of his death in 2009. The interpretive claims are the authors' own argument.
