Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with any available tracking details.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when your order arrives, no card required. Available across all shipping zones.
- InstaPay — Fast, instant bank transfers via the InstaPay app.

Order Tracking

Packaging
We take packaging seriously. Every order is shipped in a custom-made rigid vinyl box sized specifically for LPs, which prevents bending, shifting, and corner damage in transit. Each record is wrapped in bubble wrap and secured firmly in place, with sleeves protected against seam splits and edge wear.
Our goal is for every order to arrive in the same condition it left our store. If an item is damaged during shipping, please refer to the "Something Off?" section below.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match its listed description, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. All other sales are final. See our full Refund Policy for details.
