Refund policy
All sales are final. Each record is a limited or single copy with no guaranteed replacement, so we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or for any reason other than the two below.
We accept a return or refund only when:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item does not match its listed description or stated condition.
Sealed items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
How to make a claim:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
- Keep the original packaging, as we may need to inspect it.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days in their original condition.
Refunds:

- Issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the amount is returned as store credit, or sent via InstaPay or mobile wallet on request.
- Reviewed and processed within 5 business days of approval.
- Original shipping fees are refunded only when the issue was our error.
